Visionary leaders are the seeds planted to create change in the world. As a visionary leader, we have unlimited potential buried inside us. Today, I step into the woman I must become to lead the vision for my life and for MOR. How about you?"

To my MOR Circle & Community,

Welcome to Max Opus Round. I hope you are enjoying being a part of this circle thus far. Max Opus Round is a place for young scholars to feel included and accepted. This sentiment is also extended to their parents and the community. The intention of MOR is to create a third place for underserved youths to grow beyond the classroom. Our scholars comprise of American, Caribbean, those of Caribbean descent, and from international regions. Here at MOR, our scholars will be educated and enlightened. They will connect to literature, art, and a caring community that supports a steady focus on positive developments. MOR has programs that allow our scholars to indulge in reading, strengthening their imaginations, and be in a zone of creative and constructive intellectual stimulation.

My vision for MOR is to foster a positive disruptive approach to learning. As a visionary leader and a seeker, I am always looking to connect the dots and ask the why questions. Then back that up with how......how can I create this, how can we make that better, how can this be done...etc. Visionary leadership is much like an Acorn.
