MOR EMERGENCE
MOR EMERGENCE is an emergent leadership fellowship empowering first-generation high school and college students to use literacy as a tool for advocacy, mentorship, and community transformation. Comprising of three program pillars: Storytelling, Intergenerational Mentorship, and Bestowment.

01.
Storytelling as Power: Training students to articulate their personal narratives, overcome "imposter syndrome," and advocate for first-gen resources.
02.
Intergenerational Mentorship: Moving students from being consumers of the institute's programs to being creators and leaders.
03.
Bestowment:
Designing and executing a literacy-based service project.
